Dr. Yun You completed her PhD as a Centenary Scholar at University College London, Institute of Education. She is currently an associate professor in the Department of Education at East China Normal University, where she also works as the leader for MA and PhD international programmes. Her research interests include critically reflecting on the cross-national transfer of educational policies and ideas in the context of globalization, deconstructing the Western domination in constructing, representing and referencing East Asian education, and moving further, elaborating Chinese educational theories and practices from sui-generis ontological, epistemological and cosmological lenses.
